Registration for each clinic will begin 1 month before the clinic date.

Please fill out a separate form for each pet if you have multiple animals to register. An invoice will be sent through Paypal within 2 weeks of the clinic. We are no longer taking checks by mail unless approved. Invoice must be paid in full to keep the appointment. There is a limited number of surgeries for each date. You must be registered and paid within 1 week of the clinic date. No walk-ins.

Arrival time for the day of surgery is 

8:30am for Dogs and 8:45am for cats.

Cat owners may enter the building with their cats for admission upon arrival. All cats must be in their own carriers, no doubling up.

YOU MUST BRING A CAGE FOR YOUR DOG. 

Dog owners leave your dogs in your car (with air on or windows open) and enter the building to complete paperwork and set up your dog's cage.

Keep Your Pet Indoors: Pets must be kept indoors or confined the night before surgery. This ensures that they are not eating outside, which could potentially be dangerous during surgery. No food after midnight the night before surgery. Water is encouraged until the time you leave for the clinic

Pick-up time will be once we call you on the same day. There is no guarantee on what time your pet's surgery will be done.

The clinic will be held at Holmes County Humane Society: 9260 County Road 192, Fredericksburg, OH.
